Junior Key Account Manager Intern

Position Summary

The Junior Key Account Manager Intern will support the management of key client accounts, contributing to the growth and success of our business. This role involves assisting in developing client relationships and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently. The intern will gain hands-on experience in account management and learn the dynamics of maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support the team in analyzing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client projects.
• Monitor account performance and report on key metrics.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

Key Relationships

• Report to the Senior Key Account Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.

Working Conditions

This is a remote full-time internship position. The intern will have the flexibility to work from their own location, with the requirement to be available during regular business hours for meetings and collaboration.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• No prior experience required; however, internships or coursework related to account management is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic understanding of account management principles is desirable.
